Independent Contractor Nondisclosure Agreement

The Independent Contractor Non-Disclosure Agreement is an agreement between the Client and Independent Contractor used in anticipation of the sharing of confidential information necessary to enter into a business relationship. Often independent contractors are used in place of employees for specific tasks and for limited time periods. It is in the best interest of the client to sign an NDA with the contractor prior to disclosing sensitive financial information, marketing strategies, or any other type of confidential information.
